and, be it presentation to the family of the Honorable Edward DeJarnette Berry as an expression of the General Assembly's respect for his memory.
now, therefore, be it / 36 RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly hereby / 37 note with great sadness the loss of the Honorable Edward DeJarnette Berry, a retired judge of the 16th 38 Judicial District of Virginia and respected member of the Madison community;
and, be it RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the Senate prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the family of the Honorable Edward DeJarnette Berry as an expression of the General Assembly's respect for his memory.
