87 Offered by Senator Anthony A RESOLUTION TO COMMEMORATE THE 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE MICHIGAN STATE EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (MSEA) WHEREAS, The Michigan State Employees Association (MSEA) was founded on November 21, 1950 by a visionary group of 100 dedicated state employees and their lawyer, Archie C.

Whereas, The Michigan State Employees Association (MSEA) was founded on November 21, 1950 by a visionary group of 100 dedicated state employees and their lawyer, Archie C.
and Whereas, These individuals recognized the urgent need for a unified voice to advocate for the rights, dignity, and well-being of public servants across Michigan;
