    (24) Hatchie river, tennessee.-- (A) In general.--Not later than 3 years after funds are made available to carry out this paragraph, the Secretary of the Interior shall-- (i) complete the study of the segment of the Hatchie River described in subsection (a)(147); and (ii) submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report describing the results of such study. (B) Study requirement.--In carrying out the study of the segment of the Hatchie River described in subsection (a)(147), the Secretary of the Interior shall identify opportunities to administer such segment in partnership with State, regional, local, and community stakeholders.
