Plain-language change summary

The recent changes to Bill HB 3277 include the addition of clarifying definitions for terms related to the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority, such as "Authority," "Board," "Bond," and "Hospital." These definitions aim to provide clearer legal language and ensure that all stakeholders understand key terms used in the legislation. This matters because clearer definitions can help prevent misunderstandings and ensure that resources are allocated effectively for hospital and healthcare facility financing in the state.
