That the balance of the funds available for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, in the Executive, Treasurer’s Office, Unclaimed Property Fund, fund 1324, fiscal year 2025, organization 1300, be decreased by expiring the amount of $15,000,000 to the unappropriated surplus balance of the State Fund, General RevenueRevenue, to be available for appropriation during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
NOTE:
The purpose of this supplemental appropriation bill is to expire funds from the aforesaid account to the unappropriated surplus balance of the State Fund, General Revenue for the fiscal year 2025.
