N R Agreed to by the House of Delegates, March 4, 2024 WHEREAS, Darryll Greg Dowell, Jr., an honorable veteran, former law-enforcement officer, and O esteemed public servant, concluded his term on the Williamsburg-James City County School Board in L 202WHEREAS, from 2002 to 2008, Greg Dowell served his country with honor and distinction as an L armament systems specialist in the United States Air Force, overseeing the training and evaluation of E fighter squadrons at Royal Air Force Lakenheath in England among other responsibilities;
