The amendment updates the text of the resolution commending Don Zientara by removing specific details about his studio's history and achievements, such as the year he officially established Inner Ear Studio and the first album recorded there. Additionally, the language has been simplified and some phrases have been altered to enhance clarity. These changes matter because they streamline the resolution’s content and focus on Zientara's impact on the music community without getting into the granular historical details.
