Mims for his outstanding service as a justice of the Virginia Supreme Court;
and WHEREAS, a model public servant, William Mims has enhanced the quality of life throughout the Commonwealth and demonstrated the utmost professionalism, dedication, and integrity;
and, be it RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the Senate prepare a copy of this resolution for for his achievements on behalf of the residents of the Commonwealth.e General Assembly's admiration
