Directs board to develop recommendations for process for school district or public charter school to award high school diploma to person who was previously ineligible solely due to failure to satisfy certain requirements that are no longer required for high school diploma.</i>] <i>Applies to high school diplomas awarded on or after July 1, 2021.</i>] <b>Establishes Task Force on High School Diploma Requirements. Prescribes membership and duties of task force. <b>Declares emergency, effective on passage.</b>
