AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 16-11-700, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DUMPING OF LITTER ON PRIVATE OR PUBLIC PROPERTY AND ITS PENALTIES, SO AS TO RESTRUCTURE THE OFFENSES TO ENSURE CIGARETTE BUTTS AND CIGARETTE COMPONENT LITTER AND DECEASED ANIMALS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PURVIEW OF THE STATUTE, AND TO RESTRUCTURE THE PENALTIES. - ratified title
