Pensions and Retirement Benefits - As enacted, designates board of trustees for the Tennessee consolidated retirement system instead of the consolidated retirement board as serving among the trustees for the optional retirement program; makes various revisions to the administration of deferred or tax-sheltered compensation plans for state employees. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 25, Part 1 and Title 8, Chapter 25, Part 2.
