TennCare - As enacted, authorizes certain law enforcement officers employed by the office of inspector general within the department of finance and administration to make arrests for offenses involving criminal fraud and abuse of the TennCare program and any other violations of state criminal law related to the operation of TennCare. - Amends TCA Title 68 and Title 71.
