UNDERGROUND FACILITIES DAMAGE PREVENTION – Amends existing law to define terms, to revise provisions regarding locating and marking underground facilities, to revise provisions regarding compensation for failure to comply, and to revise a provision regarding the duties of underground facility owners and excavators.
