Food and Food Products - As enacted, requires commissioner of agriculture to promulgate rules to exempt from the Tennessee Meat and Poultry Inspection Act any livestock producers who are acting in compliance with the Federal Meat Inspection Act. - Amends TCA Title 53, Chapter 7.
