Tennessee Bureau of Investigation - As enacted, permits the TBI to collect a $250 fee when a blood alcohol or drug concentration test is administered by law enforcement and tested by the TBI for the offenses of reckless driving and simple possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance. - Amends TCA Section 55-10-413.
