AN ACT RELATING TO GENERAL ASSEMBLY -- PERMANENT JOINT COMMITTEE ON NAMING ALL NEW BUILDINGS, BRIDGES, EDIFICES AND OTHER STATE CONSTRUCTIONS -- NEW RHODE ISLAND VETERANS HOME CONFERENCE ROOM (Provides that one of the two (2) conference rooms in the new Rhode Island Veterans Home shall be named and known as the "1st Sergeant P. Andrew McKenna US Army 7th Special Forces Group Memorial Conference Room.")
