A-2026-3062859. Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc. In the matter of the application of Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc. (Aqua), under 66 Pa.C.S. § 1102 (relating to enumeration of acts requiring certificate), for approval of: (1) the sale by Aqua of the water system assets of Aqua's suburbia system situated within a portion of North Coventry Township, Chester County, to North Coventry Water Authority; and (2) Aqua to abandon water service to the public in a portion of North Coventry Township, Chester County. Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities) on or before June 29, 2026. Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, 400 North Street, 2nd Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, or on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) website at www.puc.pa.gov, with a copy served on the applicant. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Commission's website at www.puc.pa.gov and at the applicant's business address. If a filing contains confidential or proprietary material, the filing is required to be submitted by overnight delivery.
