Summary

The Department of Human Services (Department) is providing notice that the Fee Schedule Rates for Supports Coordination services funded through the Consolidated, Community Living and Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waivers and the Fee Schedule Rates for Targeted Support Management will be implemented on January 1, 2027. Background Final Fee Schedule Rates for Supports Coordination services and Targeted Support Management were published at 56 Pa.B. 1361 (March 7, 2026) with an effective date of July 1, 2026. Because additional time is needed to prepare for the transition from a 15-minute fee schedule rate to monthly case rates and flat fee-for-service rates, the Final Fee Schedule Rates for Supports Coordination services and Targeted Support Management will now be effective January 1, 2027. The final Fee Schedule Rates represent the maximum rates the Department will pay for each service. The final Fee Schedule Rates, which will be effective January 1, 2027, are included in the following table and can also be found online at https://www.pa.gov/agencies/dhs/resources/for-providers/developmental-programs-for-providers/odp-rates.
