In accordance with the Department of Environmental Protection's (Department) Policy for Development and Publication of Technical Guidance, the Department provides notice of the availability of the Non-Regulatory Agenda (Agenda). The Department will publish notice of availability of the Agenda twice a year in February and July. The types of documents listed in the Agenda include policies and technical guidance documents that provide directives, guidance or other relevant compliance-related information. The Agenda is available on the Department's website at pa.gov/agencies/dep. Select the ''Public Participation'' tab, then ''Regulatory and Non Regulatory Agendas'' from the dropdown menu.
