Administrative Order No. 9-2026 And Now , this 2nd day of July 2026, in accordance with Pa.R.Crim.P. 117, it is Ordered and Decreed that the following schedule of assignments for Magisterial District Judges in Chester County shall apply effective August 1, 2026: The Magisterial District Judge assigned to the dates reflected on the following On-Call Schedule shall be present in his or her court offices, or available via video conferencing or other advanced communication technology, at a minimum, during the following days and hours: 1 Monday through Friday 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday and Holidays 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. During hours other than those previously indicated, the Magisterial District Judges shall also make themselves available on the assigned dates to be contacted by the Department of Emergency Services radio room and ensure that the radio room has a valid phone number where they can be reached, in the event of an emergency.
