This notice announces that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has forwarded the new Information Collection Request (ICR) abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The ICR describes the nature of the information collection and its expected burden. The collection involves the collection of Real-Time Wait-Time (RTWT) data from airport or aircraft operators. The RTWT data is aggregated measures of the average time that a passenger spends in the checkpoint queue, without personally identifiable information, and is collected electronically, as arranged with the relevant airport or aircraft operator.
The agency’s own summary, as published.
