Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Family and Social Services Administration's Division of Disability, Aging, and Rehabilitative Services (DDARS) will hold a public hearing on adding rules at 460 IAC 15 concerning level of care assessments. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by DDARS. All interested parties are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed new rules. This notice is for the second of two (2) public hearings in which the public may comment on the proposed rule. Following the second public comment period and this public hearing, DDARS may adopt a version of the proposed rule that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule published in the Notice of Second Public Comment Period. The public may attend the DDARS meeting in person or join by Teams at https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/270782851815714?p=coI9E0y1emeJyuMkAm. Copies of these rules are now on file at the Division of Disability, Aging, and Rehabilitative Services, 402 West Washington Street, Room W451, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
