The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the second ten-year maintenance plans for the Ajo and Morenci areas in Arizona for the 1971 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>), and to correct an error in the description of the Ajo, Arizona SO<INF>2</INF> maintenance area in the Code of Federal Regulations.
