The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve elements of New Jersey's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted regarding the infrastructure requirements of section 110(a)(1) and (2) of the Clean Air Act (CAA) for the 2008 lead, 2008 ozone, 2010 nitrogen dioxide, 2010 sulfur dioxide, 2011 carbon monoxide, 2006 particulate matter of 10 microns or less (PM<INF>10</INF>), and 2012 particulate matter of 2.5 microns or less (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). The EPA is also proposing to approve three infrastructure requirements of the 1997 ozone and the 1997 and 2006 PM<INF>2.5</INF> NAAQS. The infrastructure requirements are designed to ensure that the structural components of each state's air quality management program are adequate to meet the state's responsibilities under the CAA.

“The Rule created potentially unduly burdensome requirements, Agency has failed to show a need for Regulations Given the extremely limited pollutant loadings and relative high costs, according to EPA's own analysis, these requirements appear to be ripe for substantial reduction or elimination. this entire subcategory would be excluded by rule given the de minimis amount of pollution. The Shelby Amendment Nov. 1999 , Agencies reliance on the IPCC for GHG emissions results is a VIOLATION. The Act was the culmination of a two-year effort to make federally funded research data (which are often u...”

“Story on emission regulations should be other Nations polluters, USA has Clean air. Air apps and meters are now on the internet, and stores, see chart at bottom. NOTE: The emission of the nitrogen dioxide pollutant has gone up significantly in the South Asia region, Chhattisgarh region of India, largest increases occurred over Jamnagar (India), Dhaka (Bangladesh) had the largest increase (79 per cent) of any world city. China, the world's growing manufacturing hub, saw an increase of 20 to 50 per cent in nitrogen dioxide, much of it occurring over the North China Plain. In some China cities...”

“Most polluted countries in the world. report into global air pollution with some concerning finds of Nations that do not agree to the GHG emissions standards but are the number top polluters. Pakistan Average PM2.5 pollution: 101 ug/m3 With a population of almost 180 million urban air pollution in Pakistan causes thousands of adult deaths each year. A World Bank report found that outdoor air pollution alone causes more than 80,000 hospital admissions per year; nearly 8,000 cases of chronic bronchitis, and almost five million cases of lower respiratory cases in children under the age of five...”

“Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is an international body outside the jurisdiction and oversight of the United States Congress. EPA, Energy dept, Forest Service, Fish and Wildlife and agricultural dept are the entity of the United States government that during last administration was seeking sweeping regulations on the basis that GHGs are increasing global temperatures. EPA's reliance on the IPCC for GHG emissions results is a VIOLATION of the Data Quality Act, EPA Inspector General's was highly critical report investigating EPA's review of external data for the GHGs endange...”
