Summary

DoD published a proposed rule on December 19, 2022, seeking public input on a proposed revision to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement the intellectual property (e.g., data rights) portions of the Small Business Administration's Small Business Innovation Research Program and Small Business Technology Transfer Program Policy Directive. The deadline for submitting comments is being extended to provide additional time for interested parties to provide inputs.
