in-20250326-IR-075250153PHA: Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on April 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Room D, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Secretary of State – Business Services Division (division) will hold a public hearing on adding and amending rules at 75 IAC 7 concerning the enhanced access fees for notary related services and apostille requests. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the division. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed rules. If the division does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule. The public may attend the division meeting in person or join remotely at https://in.gov/sos/business/rulemaking-docket.
