Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Real Estate Commission (commission) will hold a public hearing on new rules at 876 IAC 3-3-9.1 concerning the Indiana real estate appraiser licensure and certification board’s program, the Practical Applications of Real Estate Appraisal. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the commission. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed new rules. This notice is the second of two (2) public hearings in which the public may comment on the proposed rule. Following the second public comment period and this public hearing, the commission may adopt a version of the proposed rule that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the text of the proposed rule published in the Notice of Second Public Comment Period. The public may attend the commission's meeting in person or join virtually at https://www.zoomgov.com/j/16076409084, Meeting ID: 160 7640 9084. Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
