The Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) is proposing changes to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) regulations in accordance with the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, which calls for a cost adjustment in the Thrifty Food Plan (TFP) for Hawaii to reflect the cost of food in Hawaii.
