Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on August 20, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at One North Capitol Avenue, Suite 900, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) will hold a public hearing on adding rules at 135 IAC 2.5-1-2, 135 IAC 2.5-2-2, and 135 IAC 2.5-4-2 concerning tolling on the Indiana East-West Toll Road. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by IFA. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed new rules. If IFA does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule. Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Finance Authority, One North Capitol Avenue, Suite 900, Indianapolis, Indiana and are available for public inspection and copying.
