TITLE 844 MEDICAL LICENSING BOARD OF INDIANA Notice of Public Hearing LSA Document #25-329 Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on August 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana (board) will hold a public hearing on adding and amending rules at 844 IAC 10 concerning updates related to the occupational therapy profession. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the Occupational Therapy Committee (committee). All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed new rule and amendments. If the committee does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule.
