Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on August 27, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, Hearing Room 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) will hold a public hearing on amending rules at 170 IAC 4-4.3 concerning customer facility interconnection standards. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by IURC. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments. If IURC does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule. The public may attend the IURC meeting in person or join by using the information posted at https://www.in.gov/iurc/rulemakings/rulemakings-pending-and-effective/rm-24-01-regarding-170-iac-4-4.3/. Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
