STATUTORY AUTHORITY: IC 26-3-7-3 OVERVIEW Rules to be readopted without changes are as follows: 824 IAC 2 GRAIN BUYERS AND WAREHOUSE LICENSING AND BONDING Rules to be repealed are as follows: SUMMARY OF FINDINGS UNDER IC 4-22-2.6-4 The Indiana Grain Buyers and Warehouse Licensing Agency (IGBWLA) has determined there is a continued need for these rules and, if readopted, the rules will meet each of the standards in IC 4-22-2-19.5. These rules do not include requirements for fees, fines, or civil penalties. REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENT IGBWLA is soliciting public comment on rules expiring under IC 4-22-2.6.
