Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on October 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Room 3 – Wabash Hall, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) will hold a public hearing on amending rules at 405 IAC 5 concerning the professional dispensing fee. OMPP seeks comment on the affected citation and any other provisions of Title 405 that may be affected by this rulemaking. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by OMPP.  All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments. If OMPP does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule. The public may attend the OMPP meeting in person or join remotely by Zoom. The Zoom link can be found at https://www.in.gov/fssa/rulemaking-notices-and-updates. Copies of these rules are now on file at the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning, 402 West Washington Street, Room W451, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
