Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on December 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana (board) will hold a public hearing on adding and amending rules at 844 IAC 10 concerning updates related to the occupational therapy profession. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the Indiana Occupational Therapy Committee (committee).  All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed new rule and amendments. This notice is the second of two (2) public hearings in which the public may comment on the proposed rule. Following the second public comment period and this public hearing, the committee may adopt a version of the proposed rule that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the text of the proposed rule published in the Notice of Second Public Comment Period. The public may attend the committee meeting in person or join virtually at: https://www.zoomgov.com/j/16076409084. Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
