Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on January 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers (board) will hold a public hearing on amending and repealing rules at 864 IAC 1.1 concerning standards and practices in the engineering profession. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the board. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments. This notice is the second of two (2) public hearings in which the public may comment on the proposed rule. Following the second public comment period and this public hearing, the board may adopt a version of the proposed rule that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the text of the proposed rule published in the Notice of Second Public Comment Period. The public may attend the board’s meeting in person or join virtually at https://www.zoomgov.com/j/16076409084, Meeting ID: 160 7640 9084.
