Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on March 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Board of Accountancy (board) will hold a public hearing on amending and repealing rules at 872 IAC 1-1 concerning updates related to the accounting profession. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the board. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments. If the board does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule. The public may attend the board's meeting in person or join virtually at https://www.zoomgov.com/j/16076409084, Meeting ID: 160 7640 9084. Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
