In accordance with IC 4-22-2-23.1, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (commission) is soliciting public comment on the continued need for 905 IAC 1-32.1 - Group Purchasing Agreements and whether the rule should be amended. Notice is hereby given that at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, E-114, Indianapolis, Indiana, the commission will hold a public hearing on 905 IAC 1-32.1. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their comments concerning 905 IAC 1-32.1, including suggestions, facts, arguments, and/or views. The public hearing will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams, and the public may attend and comment at the public hearing in person or remotely.
