Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on June 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at the Indiana Finance Authority, One North Capitol Avenue, Suite 900, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) will hold a public hearing on readopting rules at 135 IAC 4 regarding tolls and toll enforcement on the Ohio River bridges. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of readoption of these rules by IFA. All interested parties are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed readoption. If IFA does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rules may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule published in the Notice of First Public Comment Period. The public may attend the IFA hearing in person or join remotely in one of the following ways: Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Finance Authority, One North Capitol Avenue, Suite 900, Indianapolis, Indiana and are available for public inspection and copying.
