Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on June 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Board of Tax Review Hearing Room, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N1026, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Board of Tax Review (board) will hold a public hearing on adding and repealing rules at 52 IAC 4 and 52 IAC 5 concerning the board's procedural rules for administrative hearings. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the board. All interested parties are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed new rules and amendments. If the board does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule published in the Notice of First Public Comment Period. The public may attend the board's meeting in person or join by visiting https://www.in.gov/ibtr/rules-and-regulations/ to attend virtually. A time limit may be imposed for comments at the public hearing. Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Board of Tax Review, 100 West North Senate Avenue, Room N1026, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
