in-20260527-IR-839260155RAA: Prior to the passing of HEA 1623 in 2023, the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (“PLA”) and its various professional boards historically charged a $50 late license renewal fee. Licensees that are licensed under the Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board (“Board”) are required to renew their licenses on or before April 1st of even numbered years. The Board voted on December 15, 2025 to approve the Proposed Rule and now respectfully requests written authorization to place the $50 late fee within the Board's fees rule.
