Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on July 20, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., at the PNC Center, Hearing Room 222, 101 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) will hold a public hearing on amending rules at 170 IAC 14 concerning the small utility rate application process. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by IURC. All interested parties are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments. If IURC does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule. The public may attend the IURC meeting in person or join by using the information posted at https://www.in.gov/iurc/rulemakings/rulemakings-pending-and-effective/rm-26-02-regarding-170-iac-14/. Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
