Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on August 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Room 29 - Harrison Hall, the Division of Family Resources (DFR) will hold a public hearing on adding, amending, readopting, and repealing rules at 470 IAC 3-4.5, 470 IAC 3-4.6, and 470 IAC 3-18 concerning registered child care ministries, school age child care programs, and Child Care and Development Fund provider eligibility standards. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by DFR. All interested parties are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments. If DFR does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule published in the Notice of First Public Comment Period. The public may attend the DFR meeting in person or join remotely by Teams. The Teams link is https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/21730830155215?p=o84yINbeH7BtjOGIiA. Copies of these rules are now on file at the Division of Family Resources, 402 West Washington Street, Room W451, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
