Summary
This rule is being rescinded because the Physical Therapy Compact Rules it incorporates by reference already have the force and effect of law and are binding in Missouri by operation of sections 334.1218 and 334.1230, RSMo. The rule is therefore unnecessary and duplicative. In addition, the rule incorporates those rules only as they existed on June 5, 2018, and disclaims subsequent amendments, which is inconsistent with the statutes that bind the state to the Physical Therapy Compact Commission's rules as they exist.
