SUMMARY/RESPONSE TO COMMENTS The Secretary of State Business Services Division (division) requested public comment from September 16, 2026, through October 16, 2026. The comments received and the division's responses to the comment are summarized as follows: One public comment was received from Proof, a current Remote Technology Vendor approved in Indiana, in support of readoption without amendments. Proof was one of the first vendors to be approved under the rules being readopted and therefore, has firsthand experience with these regulations. The comment received expressly supports readoption without additional rulemaking and the continuing need for the rules as they exist today. In response, the division readopts the rules below without change under IC 4-22-2.6-6.
