Summary

Once amended the rules will incorporate the newest versions of forms and federal regulations, revise credit report submission requirements, clarify procedures for license issuance, authorize the electronic submission of Form OFR-MIL-001 directly to the Office via email, clarify existing language, revise the maintenance requirements of certain records, update rulemaking authority and law implemented, correcting outdated hyperlinks, remove obsolete language, and make technical changes.
