What this rule does
The proposed rule regarding finfish management in Rhode Island includes amendments to regulations for commercial black sea bass, striped bass, and menhaden, such as changing possession limits and the timing of fishing seasons. Additionally, it seeks to relocate gear-related regulations to a different section without altering the existing language.
