Summary
The proposed rule would require anyone providing video remote interpreting in North Carolina to a Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing person to be licensed. This would ensure the person providing the interpreting has met the minimum standard required by the Board to hold a license to interpret for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals.
