There is no difference in costs when comparing the proposed rules to the existing rules. Not applicable to the various rules being repealed or Bar 401.01 which is a new rule.

The fee provision referenced in Bar 401.01 is applicable to Plc 1002.07, relative to application processing and licensing fees for the professions regulated by the Board of Barbering, Cosmetology, and Esthetics. Additionally, the fines referenced in the various repealed rules are applicable to RSA 310:12, I(e), relative to administrative fines.

B. To State citizens and political subdivisions:

Any individual holding a school instructor license or shop apprentice sponsor license will see an increase in costs as they are required under proposed Bar 401.01 (c) to complete 6 hours of continuing education in the 24 months preceding renewal.
