No. PSC-35-25-00005-A Filing Date: 2026-09-18 Effective Date: 2026-09-18 PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Pro- cedureAct, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action: Action taken: On 9/17/26, the PSC adopted an order granting Tesla, Inc.’s (Tesla) petition to designate the J3400 charging connector as non- proprietary and modifying the light duty electric vehicle (EV) Make- Ready Program. Statutory authority: Public Service Law, sections 5(1), (2), 65(1), 66(1) and (14) Subject: Modifications to the Make-Ready Program. Purpose: To grant Tesla’s petition for J3400 charging connector non- proprietary designation and modifying the EV Make-Ready Program. Substance of final rule: The Commission, on September 17, 2026, adopted an order granting Tesla, Inc.’s (Tesla) petition to designate the J3400 charging connector as non-proprietary and modifying the light duty electric vehicle (EV) Make-Ready Program. Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a/ National Grid, NewYork State Electric & Gas Corporation, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation shall file updated Electric Vehicle Make-Ready Program implementation plans within 30 days of the issu- ance of the order, reflecting the modifications described in the order. Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a/ National Grid, New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation shall file an updated Make-Ready Program Participant Guide within 30 days of the issuance of the order, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
