The executive order postpones the expiration of certain rules pertaining to the Indiana Department of Administration. The agency will have until January 1, 2028, to readopt expiring rules. The order specially addresses rules in the following sections: No significant state expenditure impact is anticipated, if the Indiana Department of Administration can continue to administer the above listed rules extended by the Executive Order within their existing staffing levels. [If the rules were allowed to expire, the programs would continue to operate, but it could have resulted in temporary delays and additional work for the Department of Administration.] There would be no fiscal impact to state revenues because of this executive order. This order would not have a fiscal impact on local expenditures. This order would not have a fiscal impact on local revenues.

The agency will have until January 1, 2028, to readopt expiring rules.
